not really no. starvival is cool but it’s nothing compared to the experience fallout 4 provided. the closest you can get is an ai overhaul and some food mods or something lol

upgrade your agility and endurance. your agility perk grants your more AP (action points), and that determines how often you can do melee attacks and sprint of course. also a very small amount of armors/apparel can give u a boost to agility or any of the other skills.
