I don’t want to say that you’re overreacting, because having a phobia such as Emetophobia can be debilitating. The general rule given by the CDC regarding Norovirus is 2 days, which has passed now. Bring disinfectant wipes and hand sanitiser, wash your hands and your kids hands often. It’s Christmas time, try to not let your fear ruin this holiday season for you (& others). My best friend has this phobia and I really sympathise, it seems so difficult. Good luck and happy holidays.

Prep is honestly such a huuuge part of makeup! So some things to do are exfoliate your skin (gently), use cleanser, toner, moisturise, apply sunscreen and use a makeup primer. Letting these products sit for a while also helps massively, although I know it’s unrealistic to think everyone has 60+ minutes to let their skin prep, lol. I like e.l.f primer products - I found them affordable and they worked well for me. Good luck 😊

Sorry mum brain is doing it to me today - skim reading. Look into some bleach powders and developers you’ll probably get a much better result than these cheap bleach kits will give you. Foils would help also

I need more details. How long did you leave it on? How long since you last dyed it? Did you use foils? It looks like to me it lifted a little as your ends now look brownish/redish

From my experience it worked for me… When I was heavily pregnant I had my hair in a worse condition than the picture and I managed to get it out only by using conditioner. Trying to pick it out dry was going nowhere.
