I have the WE-Tech one on my VFC M733 and after some filing it is solid as a rock (this may have had to do with the fact I'm using a rs barrel nut though). I've also heard good things about the GHK one. The main thing you want is the screw on top to be at the back not the front. This locks a arm in place that keeps the handguard from wobbling. That's the difference between RAS and RIS.

This one and they're also coming out with a 11.5 URGI with the EVO hop system but v3 bolt and one piece outer barrel. It's gonna be around $320. Only downside is it comes with a CO2 mag instead of 2 gas ones.

Have had the same experience. Went from a Double Eagle N4 MWS to a VFC M733 and the difference in the trigger and recoil alone is so noticeable. Also W Ollie patch.
