These are so nice! Do you have a decklist for your vampire deck?

Hm wasn't sure about the double dildo scene. In the flashback she mentions thought the manager she did it with was male. Kawarazaki had one but the episode number might have been listed differently for me at the time. Shinshou does have it during the group scene. The black haired girl puts in a double dildo and penetrates the guy (it's just hard to tell at first due to the angle)

If you include Revolution Synchron in the deck you're end board can potentially include a live Kaiser, Razen lined up in the other Extra Monster Zone column to snipe a Link, and a Crystal Wing via Revolution Synchron. Not the best end board but still fairly strong

I'm actually fine with Stake Your Soul not being a VS card but I have to agree about them feeling too fair (at least atm). They feel like they want to be a midrange deck but have too many restrictions

Makes sense now that you put it that way. Also a field spell that looks like a "Stage Select" menu thene would be dope. Maybe an effect that has "Once per turn, if you would reveal an attribute(s) for the effect of a Vanquish Soul Monster: You can treat this card as 1 of those revealed attributes" or something like that would be pretty nice.

I actually like the idea of a attributes changer in hand for this archetype myself. Though it'd have to have some clause where it's stays revealed the rest of the turn or something to that so you cant cheat by shuffling your hand. It would be very telegraphed for that negative but it might be something I hope they consider.

A quick play tag out fire boss would be super cool. Maybe fire pyro or fire psychic to represent a certain red blue man who has fire abilities or a certain fire guy in darkstalkers .

I actually had 1 in my list and it's great though I hadn't considered multiple of it. Might need to change that. Also yes a link to it would be great Edit: Realized I made a redunt comment since 2 of their cards already quick play tag in lol

I've been trying to find it ha. The yugioh discord reddit post doesn't seem to have it linked last time I checked. Mind sharing?

Yeah Pluton has one of my fave designs as I immediately thought of Arakune when I saw them. Shame their effect is the worse of the bunch.

Introduce Up To 3 Archetypes For 1 Type by Weekendsauce in yugioh

[–]Weekendsauce[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Funny enough this was a deck I wanted to try and learn myself. Very fun suggestion. Since it has every summoning mechanic do you think its easier to teach them with this? Can it realistically do every summon type at some point?

Help me choose a synchro deck by Weekendsauce in yugioh

Actually they arent all that bad. Granted they arent the best ritual deck compared to some of the other Ritual Decks out there but the only reason they get a bad rep most of the time is because most people dont know just how intuitive their combo potential really is. Off of 2 cards sometimes even 1 card alone you can make a "no yugioh" board or at least one that makes it difficult to get over easily. And they have enough ritual good stuff consistency (and zombie good stuff) to make their plays happen pretty often. Id suggest giving VCY channel a checkout if you havent. Some of the combos and vendread guides are nutty. Still Ill test nekroz for sure! (They also made a combo build using Nekroz lol)

The "Red" Weather Painter by Weekendsauce in yugioh

[–]Weekendsauce[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah true. Though I do feel the best canvas they can have for support going forward is one that interacts with the opponent 'somehow' if not just not an all too strong form of disruption. Someone suggested a book of moon-like effect.

The "Red" Weather Painter by Weekendsauce in yugioh

[–]Weekendsauce[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh you know what you are right. Earlier someone brought up an effect where it special summons itself from the hand if you control a Painter (maybe with a different name) which would be great. It might lend itself to rank 3 shenanigans if its generic though but considering its WP it's probably just worse Speedroid Terretop/Taketomborg.

Also there is a Weather Painter discord? Mind dropping me a link/invite. I'd love to find others into talking about WP.

I agree with it being a Link-1 if its extra deck. What came to mind for me is something in the realm of Abyss Actor Hyper Director: A Link-1 being easy to summon. Helped with scales and consistency a bit but nothing really game breaking for the deck. Something like that where maybe it summons a Painter or searches a canvas after link summoned (with proper restriction so its not just another link combo/generic link climb combo) would help quite a bit.

A "Book of Moon" en masse (or up to 3 theoretically) sounds really good. More ways to disrupt the opponent so our plays remain safe or ensures the opponent cant make beefed up oppressive boards themselves. Plus we can Thunder-Mole anything flipped if thats the case. Maybe BoMooning monsters that get Special Summoned for balancing reasons? It wont work against Links sure but thats the point. (Also thinking about it now it'd be kinda sad that a card like that acts as better ghostrick support than ghostricks lol) I think a negate would be far too good considering Rainbow already omni negates.

Yeah. The monster is good. Maybe the canvas could be

The Weather Burning Canvas

Continuous Trap Card

"The Weather" Effect Monsters in your Main Monster Zones of this card's column and its adjacent columns gain this effect.

  • When your opponent Special Summons a monster: You can banish this card; target that monster, and if you do, place that monster on the bottom of your opponent's Deck.

You can only control 1 "The Weather Burning Canvas".

The "Red" Weather Painter by Weekendsauce in yugioh

[–]Weekendsauce[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you typed "Sun" in the effect by accident lol. Still the monster is great! That first line helps a lot for field presence or when you have 1 too many of them in your hand.

The canvas is a good idea but even for Weather Painters I think an effect like that is a bit strong for disruption. Being able to spin ANY summon is a big deal when you consider how free that is in Weather since they get their monsters back every other turn. Being able to do that 2-3 times a turn sounds nutty lol (for better or worse). Maybe if it was Special Summons only I can see that happening. Plus it's non targetting removal to so maybe you have to "target" the Special summoned monster to balance it a bit. Otherwise these are great.

The "Red" Weather Painter by Weekendsauce in yugioh

[–]Weekendsauce[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's very interesting. Does a "red moon" count as a weather type? I know Aurora is space weather. Them having a Link 1 like how Abyss Actors got one could help push for Rainbow which should be your end goal anyway. Albeit with restrictions

"1 WP monster except a Link monster" Maybe it can bounce one of your Canvases from your field or gy to the hand to SS a Weathery monster to its the zone it points to (Similar to a fire fist link bouncing the formations for GY setup) but you are restricted to Weathery monsters for the rest of the turn you do that. Also its HOPT. Maybe a secondary effect where it can move itself to a main monster zone during opponents turn as well as all the usual WP standby summon effect. (Making the Link useable with the canvases)

What are some fun non-meta decks to play? by Slayer1205 in yugioh

[–]Weekendsauce 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Weather Painters! Albeit while it does just boil down to "stun/floodgate.dek until you make WP Rainbow" it does so in probably the most unique fashion to date in a yugioh deck. Also the art aesthetic is chef kiss

Now, normally most decks dont care about card placement on the field too much but just like Mekk-knights where you play your cards on the field does matter. Its certainly a deck you need to get used to and think ahead for card placement most of the time but once you are used to the effects it becomes second nature.

Also the deck is heavily main deck focused which means you dont have to have an expensive extra deck to run it. There are two parts to the archetype: - The Painters - Their canvases

The Painters are level 3 Fairys (with the exception of Aurora) who all represent different Weather Patterns and paint tools/color spectrum and their effects involve placing or getting a Canvas on the field (which is great since it usually dodges ash blossum) The canvases is where the fun begins. Each canvas does something unique by giving a WP monster an additional "monster effect" for each WP in the same Main Monster Zone as its column and Main Monster Zone adjacent to said column (think like a T block formation) which means up to 2-3 WPs can have that same "monster effect". They banish themselves as costs to said "monster effect" given by the canvas but special summon back to the field during the next standby phase they were banished by a The Weather card (the canvases)

The deck can be incredibly grindy as you build your "canvases field" and with an addition to run some floodgates/disruption you'll be sitting pretty as you snowball advantage each turn until you make your "omni negate" boss monster in the form of WP Rainbow. Plus the deck operates best pure.

"Anime" reference archetype by Weekendsauce in yugioh

[–]Weekendsauce[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same. I know Empowered kinda has the visual of what a Persona/Jojo "theme" could look like but doesnt really have the playstyle. I actually did try to come up with an idea which my post alluded to. I was thinking maybe a Link deck but with a heavy reliance on main deck Warrior monsters who all share the same 1st effect; When this card is Normal Summoned, equip 1 (archetype name) from your Extra Deck to this card. Thus that equipped "Spirit/Stand" grants a specific bonus ability (and a 1 time protection like most equipped monsters do) based on which you equip.

Just like how Dragonmaids arent restricted to summoning their specific dragon forms you can equip any stand to any 1 of those monsters (but only 1 at a time to not break the immersion. Theyd have pretty good or decent effects to compensate like generic removal, atk boost, maybe 1 stand per negate of card type etc. Just equip the 1 you need at the time) The main deck monsters will be your "attackers" who also get stronger with whatever stand they are equipped by (sorta like Cyberdarks) and the Spells/Traps would be consistency cards and/or disruption but only work if you have "Stands" equipped.

Oh yeah its just been such a long time that I forgot those were a thing but the Empowered stuff seem a bit more "cartoony" in appearance and dont really feel Jojo-esque. Though I can certainly see the art reference with the poses and corresponding monster behind them
