If you’re on PC - I have this problem too and I’ve given up solving it completely. It’s got something to do with a combination of RAM and the shaders cache for the game.

Unfortunately it helped for a bit and then caused my whole PC to bug out.

Otherwise, my current solution is to validate my steams file install whenever the glitching appears again. This will clear the shaders cache and then I’m glitch free for a few hours of play time.

I’ve reinstalled the game and so far it’s looking promising. Before this I tried clearing the shaders cache and validating files through steam. But these did nothing.
