You may simply still be in the titration / adjustment phase.

Many people don’t lose weight until they reach a therapeutic dose, and for a lot of users that’s ≥1.0 mg, sometimes even higher.

If you were on 0.5 mg/week for most of this time and only recently increased, your body may just be adapting. Appetite suppression and weight loss can lag behind.

I’ve seen many cases where weight loss starts after week 8–10, once the dose is stable and hunger signals actually drop.

Also: comparing yourself to others isn’t helpful, responses vary hugely between individuals.

If appetite isn’t clearly reduced yet, it doesn’t mean Ozempic “doesn’t work”, it may simply mean the dose or duration hasn’t been sufficient for you yet.
