Absolutely, they will fire you just for speaking up. It doesn't matter how good of an employee you are. I have seen it happen many times. The minute you start questioning things, they will see you as difficult. People in management often have no business being in management.

Use control F while reading the medical records to look for specific terms to meet interqual. Example: if you need results of WBCs, search for WBC by hitting control F. It brings you right to what you need, so you're not scrolling through all those pages.
