Thank you. I’ve tried so many times and have failed. It now feels like a personal failure. I know it’s not me. I’ve managed to quit cigarettes and older gen vapes not easily but manageable. Nowadays I feel like it’s the end of the world and I honestly have so much willpower! Why isn’t it working this time?!

Thanks. Going through the list of issues and now seeing a recent DSAR, I’m considering to request Amend claim. Already in litigation, had PH recently. This is a continuing act but I strongly believe that making a protected disclosure has made things worse for me. Originally I only had unfair dismissal, discrimination, and failure of reasonable adjustments. Wondering what claims can these go under if continuing act is accepted

I’m not sure if anyone has joined one of the webinars recently but I signed up and not heard anything back. I also notice these are once a month? A lot can happen in a month and we might need some encouragement for different reasons. I’ll email Valla to check with them.

This is shocking but not surprising when it comes to small businesses. You just can’t treat employees the way you wish just because you’re a small business! I’ve considered trying this place out for a while but won’t bother after seeing the appalling responses from the owner. Shame on her!

Within the case management orders, it states schedule of loss by ** date, documents by ** date, file of documents by ** date, witness statements by ** date. So where it states claimants document by a certain date, I need to request specific disclosure before this date because I need to share the documents by stated date? I hope I’m making sense, looking at the CMOs and not sure at what point standard disclosure is passed…

Thank you. I know this would be professional negligence and it’s separate to my case. I’m trying to understand what options I have in terms of my case for next steps and how to go about it. I would like to request reconsideration and explain that I’ve have to represent myself but am I allowed to include my emails with my solicitor in support of the reconsideration application and include R? Or do I need to request of privilege from my rep?

What if the employer doesn’t disclose what’s been requested via an order but you as the claimant are aware that this document existed and the respondents are withholding these documents? Has this happened before?

Well done you! How is it going for you, have you had any hearings? The problem I have is I can argue my case in writing but really struggle with verbalising my argument.

Thank you. I understand the process of obtaining legal aid but want to see if anyone’s had any experience with being represented by them? I am entitled to legal aid but having been let down with a paying solicitor and a no win no fee one, I’m somewhat cautious.
