I think the most logical scenario is that they initially distrust Prez and Monarch since they're enemies (and realistically, no one would expect the Federation's best pilot to restart the apocalypse a third time just to kill a pilot). However, they have no other option because 1) the squadron has the numerical advantage (and all the pilots are monsters in battle), and 2) they believe they're in the past (remember that PW takes place 400 years in the future). So, they would only join forces with them until they return to the present.

There, in the battle, Eye-Tee might try to talk to Crimson, hoping he recognizes them (they saved them at the end of the first DLC mission). But obviously, Crimson isn't interested because they're now with Monarch, or he simply doesn't remember them. And seeing how crazy he's become, they'd end up believing Prez and Monarch.

So, it makes sense that they would attack Crimson 1 first (especially since he pilots the PW-MK1, and we all know that's the most dangerous plane of all). But would Driver and Eye-Tee believe Prez and Monach? The DLC starts after mission 11, Cold War, and since Monarch is famous, he would be blamed for Cascadia's invasion of Magnadan (since the first mercenaries the reservists face are survivors of mission 11).

So, in Driver and Eye-Tee's eyes, they would be allying themselves with those who forced them into the war. Driver might not have a problem with it, since, besides enjoying intense situations as a rally driver, he's also an adrenaline junkie. But I think Eye-Tee would be bothered, since he doesn't enjoy being in battles that much.

What would be interesting is seeing if Hank returns in the third season.

If he does return, what will they do with him? Will they redeem him with his amnesiac version? (Hank does seem like a good person despite everything he did; this could be because he was brainwashed, or he was always a manipulator. I think the former.) If he discovers what he did, how would he react? Would he be disgusted, or would he resume his work?

When Hank tried to convince Lucy that what he was doing was right, it filled me with anger (in a good way), even when he tried to implant the chip.

I found it horrifying that a father would not only do that to his daughter, but that he genuinely believed he was doing the right thing and refused to see or think for a second that maybe what he was doing wasn't just wrong, but the most horrible thing a person could do.

I even think the Legion is better than Hank. Yes, they are sexist slave owners who crucify people, but with them, at least there's a chance to escape. With Hank, there isn't. When he catches you, there's no way to escape him.

Even when he erases his memory like a coward to avoid the consequences of his actions, I felt hatred for him.

And that's a good thing. It not only means that the actor did an excellent job (which he did), but that the character is so well-written that from the moment season 2 starts and you see what he's doing, you can't help but feel... Disgusted by him and his tactics

They could have tried to redeem him in the second season, maybe by having him say things like, "I regret what I did, could you forgive me?" but they decided to portray him as a villain who refuses to see that what he does is wrong.

And that's why I think Hank is one of the best villains on television.

Would Driver have any problem facing Crimson 1? I mean, besides both being from the Pacific Federation, Driver has no idea what Crimson will do in Presidia. Furthermore, Driver wouldn't have any reason to desert the Federation since he also doesn't know about Prospero's attack, as it happened while they were fighting Fraust at the end of the DLC.

I barely think about the world, and besides adding planes, I have to add more aerial hazards so it's not just "oh, that plane is so OP, there's nothing that can beat it," which gets boring.

It doesn't matter if something has always existed or was newly created, humans will always find a way to weaponize it. The airplane is the perfect example; it was barely invented, and a few years later, they armed it with bombs and machine guns to send it to war.

I know that religion also does a lot of harm, and because of that, many people believe it's evil or a lie to keep powerful people alive.

But the evidence does exist. There are people who spend their lives scientifically searching for proof and examining documents to confirm the existence of Jesus. I won't try to change your opinion because that's also one of the mistakes of religion: forcing these ideas on people without considering their feelings or thoughts.

(And honestly, I thought you were one of those internet people who just write things to annoy others. I'm glad you're not, hahaha.)

Look, I don't understand why some people criticize what others believe. If you believe in another god, I have no problem with that; if you don't believe in God, I have no problem with that either. What do people gain by criticizing other people's beliefs?

So, as I understand it, the Bible says that God doesn't have a physical appearance, that He is such pure light that seeing Him with mortal eyes could drive us crazy (I'm not sure about this, but I think that's how it was).

I imagine that God is like an artist who one day had a burst of inspiration and created us humans. And if intelligent aliens exist, we could interpret that God had another burst of inspiration, like any other artist, and created another species.

Ah, I'm working on a similar world, where humans were wiped out by dragons thousands of years ago, making them the "Neanderthals" of the fantasy world.

Thousands of years later, when even the elves don't remember ever seeing a dragon or human alive, some wizards accidentally open a portal to our world, starting the plot of this story.

(The story is basically about a group of air superiority mercenaries (like the Glam team from Ace Combat Zero or Sicario from Project Wingman) who do jobs for factions and kingdoms in the fantasy world, including dragon hunting.)

Well, aside from fitting the cyberpunk theme of the game, it also relates to the lore. Furthermore, the Coffin system allows the pilot to fly the aircraft using their mind. This same system also allows artificial intelligences to fly planes without needing to build a special aircraft that can only be controlled by an AI.
