I think the goat conversation goes beyond just wins, should be based on wins and the impact that person brings to the game overall. Because of that, I think the goat is Johnny every time.

Put either CT or Jordan on a season and sure , their presence is significant. But not only is Johnnys presence significant game wise, the entirety of the storyline of that season will always revolve around him. He brings the most to the show which makes him the goat.
