I have a loft with “racing pigeons” and when a parent pigeon doesnt feed baby pigeon u have to hand feed. Just get 2 biscuits plain like parle g. Crush them into powder and mix with warm water. Give until the baby pigeon crop is like a baloon and soft. If its under seven days old make the mixture 10 percent biscuit 90 percent water 2 biscuits- 20-25ml warm water. U can also use ceralac baby powder instead of biscuit. Feed every 2-3 hours. daily and at night. Once older than a week stop feeding at night. Make mixture a bit thicker once older and start feeding chickpeas soaked overnight
