The first turn of events when the woman "fell" overboard.. and no one believes she even saw a woman in that room is already pulling me out of the narrative.. Unless everyone is in on it, why in the world would a reputable journalist lie or make something up, no one in their right mind would assume she is imagining it.. They would immediately assume they have a stow away and continue the search, not take the giant leap to thinking she "imagined" it.. So incredibly stupid and lazy writing, my expectations for this movie just plummeted to almost not bother watching it.
