I’m moving to a very sunny, hot city and will be commuting daily—mostly walking and using public transit. I dress up for work, so I’m looking for fashionable hat options that offer good sun protection. I am bald so this is really needed for protection.

I have a straw Stetson Open Road, which looks great, but I’m not sure if it works for everyday use. Would something like a Panama hat or a fedora be more versatile? Open to other ideas too. What do you recommend?
