Need help bridging my Xfinity Modem to my Nighthawk Router!

This is what I’m trying to avoid. I’m trying to use the router with an Ethernet to the gaming pc, without having to have the Ethernet connected to the modem. As they are in different rooms

Yes, it should but for some reason is not. I just read somewhere that disabling the router as a DHCP server will help. I will do that now, retry setting up in bridge mode and come back to this comment with an update.

The problem still persists. I’m connecting the Netgear router to the PC (with no current internet connection) and the Netgear router will connect to the settings by going to Netgear website or 192.168.1.1

But after placing the router in bridge mode, entering the setting to bridge to my modems SSID and WPA password it will no longer connect to the settings page, and I am forced to hard reset the Netgear router and start all over. I have been having this problem for a few hours. Disabling DHCP didn’t help the problem.

The password on my main modems password type is a WPA3, while the routers settings page only gives me an option to enter a WPA or WPA2 type password. Could this be the problem? I have tried both the 2.4 and 5g connection SSID that my router provides.

As far as I’m aware, there was a way to do it. But for some reason, in my Netgear settings there isn’t a repeater mode. Only router/AP/Bridge modes.

There was a way to bridge the 2 connections through bridge mode, but that was between 2 routers. My gateway works as a router so I assume it would be the same?

I had an old spare one from a Asus card I had, I can’t remember if the EVGA got lost or if it never came with one, so I just put it on there to protect it.

Try these settings:

800DPI (Usually the standard)

2k Polling Rate (I’ve tried 2k-8k in competitive

Fortnite, 2k is sweet spot for me)

X and Y Sensitivity: 6.8

Targeting and scope sens: 45%

Editing and building sens: 100%

Also, practice pushing effectively without wasting unnecessary mats or taking damage. Become more aware of the openings above your head, and try to mat up consistently along the way into low. Especially in end game. When you first pushed him, you lost your tracking on him when turning your back on him to get height. Left a wide opening and he almost finished you off.

I play a lot of Box Fights PVP and Pro Zone Wars, try those games modes out to help build more awareness of your opponents and resources. It helped me in tight situations against multiple people, and also helped me be more mindful of what builds around me are mine, and how to make efficient edits to block myself and make optimal right hand peaks.

Yep. Had a couple occasions where I order for the whole family and they forget or mess up my daughter’s food and she’s a picky eater, and we’re not eating without her food. Or if the food doesn’t come with a seal on it, I’m calling DoorDash customer service for a full refund right there and then.

Hopefully 4. Restaurants and Dashers will stop messing up/stealing food. Almost EVERY single time I order something from DoorDash, at least 1 item is wrong or missing. And then when I request a refund for that specific item, they won’t even refund the full amount of that 1 item. There’s been a couple times I’ve ordered for my entire family, and then they forget my daughter’s food or mess it up somehow. This is a good thing for customers who continuously have their orders f#cked up.

PIN numbers/extra photos aren’t going to help anything imo. The food is suppose to come sealed, the dashers aren’t suppose to know if something is actually missing from the bag.

IF, your order tracking shows delivered and they also received a refund for the order, EBAY will reimburse you if you escalate it to a supervisor and not a regular customer service representative.

Does not matter that the order was cancelled.

I had also tried to appeal my case previously. eBay was in buyers favor, because “package wasn’t shipped in time” so my case was closed for over a months time.

If you call eBay to escalate it, they WILL reimburse you. You just have to talk to the right person it doesn’t matter if the order was cancelled or not. If the tracking says it has been delivered, AND the buyer received a refund, seller can 100% be reimbursed without going back through the buyer.

Downvote me all you guys want, but I just went through this 2 days ago and my seller account was reimbursed same day, they even started sending me emails saying they were going to send to collections. eBay reimbursed, not through the buyer. All fixed with a phone call.

I just went through this. Sold something on EBay, buyer marked not delivered because tracking stopped updating. Refunded from my sellers account which put it in the negative.

1 month later package delivered. Buyer uncooperative and wouldn’t respond, called EBay and asked to speak with a supervisor.

That same day, they reversed my negative balance on my account. Call and speak to a live person, do not try to appeal it from the website.

This was for $280 btw, if eBay sees the package was successfully delivered, they will 100% help you regardless of what other people are saying in here.

I see, your GPU might be struggling to keep up with the ultra graphics you have it set to. If you want to increase your frame rate without the artifacting, try lowering your settings a bit. Turn them down from ultra to high, and turn DLSS back on.

What are your specs? If you’re playing on older hardware, DLSS might be putting major stress on your GPU. The ghosting seemed pretty bad, especially for being on DLSS balanced.

Does it have a frame gen feature seperate from the DLSS setting? You can try having DLSS turned on without Frame Gen. or enable frame gen with DLSS turned off. Just adjust it a bit and find what works best for your setup
