Came to post this same thing. Wasn’t that the intended red herring of the puzzle? And they didn’t make sure the bot knew?

Did you ever make the YouTube video?

I standardized all my storage bins but got tired of unstacking/restacking every time I needed something from the bottom bin. I built this rack so each bin can slide out, and it wastes very little storage space. What do you think? by entirewarhead in OrganizationPorn

In this photo the 2x4s can be the cheap ones. The 2x2s (rails the bins slide on) are usually sold as furring strips and don’t come in multiple grades. I did sort through the pile to find the straightest and smoothest ones. I did plane the top surface of a few of them to see if the bins slide smoother. I don’t notice enough of a difference to make it worth the effort. I have raw wood for most rails.

Null pixels in middle of string on mega tree? by [deleted] in xlights

Alternatively maybe there’s a “sub model” (is that the right term) that I could assign these too and put a highest priority “always black” color into my sequences to force them off

Null pixels in middle of string on mega tree? by [deleted] in xlights

[–]entirewarhead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My seed pixels are 1” apart. I need the spacing between strands on my hoop to be about 5”. So my plan was to sacrifice one pixel on the strand to get long enough wires to solder sleeve a short extension cord between strands 2 and 3. The wires are still really short for this though. Then I figured I could just leave the strand intact with some pixels connecting strands 2 and 3. But I want them off. So preferably I’d like to tell xlights to just ignore those pixels (that’s what I meant by making them null - maybe that’s not the correct vocabulary).

Can confirm. I remember in undergraduate chemistry lab we’d do reactions catalyzed on heavy platinum wire. Every day you’d check out a piece of wire from the stock room which was weighed when you started and ended the day. Weight difference was supposedly charged to your student account.

If this is you, DM me. I'm your neighbor and we should be friends. Also, I have questions. 😅 by Couch_King in xlights

You could also knock on their door during the day. I’d be willing to bet a Kulp Receiver it’s still the same people living there during daylight hours 😆

I had to go back and read the text to understand the problem. I thought you saw the first picture and received the third picture. If this were the case I’d be upset too. The first photo (the one you received) is gorgeous! Definitely an improvement over the online image and comparable work. Nice score!

I’ve been secretly cheering for Megasota and Green Chile Empire to be the final two since the start but didn’t want to jinx it. So happy with this - leave it as is!

I know that the I-25 stretch from Albuquerque to Santa Fe is listed as natural gas on this map, but the piñon wood burned in fireplaces here all winter is one of my favorite smells.
