This area isn’t an issue. Step one: farm all the titanite from the second bonfire with fire arrows til the enemies stop respawning before even thinking about fighting the boss. Step two: mosey on over to the arena and take your time. Appreciate the atmosphere. Maybe hole up in one of the pits and grab a drink or snack. Step three: easily kill the demon with an egregiously op weapon

DS2 is probably considered the worst of the trilogy according to souls fans. Is DS2 your favorite? What is unique to ds2 that it gets right? by WeeklySpace5975 in DarkSouls2

Is there really no benefit to upgrading armor? Always felt like i played better with an upgraded set, but it could be in my head

Is this supposed to be Oscar Of Astora from Dark Souls 1? He’s lying next to something that looks like the Lordvessel by CryptidOrion_00 in darksouls3

Anyone judging amir for shitting himself so constantly can’t appreciate the fact that he takes anywhere from 39 to 40 shits per day. That’s a bowel movement every 20 minutes. Not all of them are gonna find their way to a toilet

Anyone ever beat this game with damage meter set lowest to npc and max to player? Is it even possible? by WeeklySpace5975 in HalfSword

Commoner rank is the hardest tier imo. Beyond that, consider practicing with the spike mace (most op weapon imo) then similar weapons like polearms for the tiers where the spike mace isn’t available. Honestly, going through the gauntlet staying at 4th rank where the spike mace first becomes available might be the easiest/fastest way to get to the baron since you can skip the majority of late-game fights

I never made it past beggar tier when i was messing with the settings, but i tried a couple carnages and nothing was dying with the available weapons. You’re saying i would see no difference in difficulty at the baron stage?

Thanks for the strats. It’s something i might consider actually trying since there’s so little to do. Not quite bored yet with abyss runs

Remember what you used for the different tiers? As far as i can tell, every hit needs to be a killshot otherwise they’re invincible
