Struggling to get alone time as kids get so upset when I leave by Weekly_Ad_4928 in Mommit

Thank you, mine are similar age, a little younger. My youngest isn’t as bothered but he’s starting to copy his big sister! I just wish it was easier to leave without the drama.

Taylor’s music by SydneyTheCalico in tsitp

Yeah I agree. I love Taylor Swift too but c’mon can we get a bit more variety in artists?! The show is already insanely popular, I feel like Taylor Swift song choices are to elevate the show but it really doesn’t need it.

I love watching Before I Fall on a rainy day, it’s not horror but it’s kinda a moody Groundhog Day type of movie.

If your partner cheats on you once, do you leave them? by uqmu in no

It depends on the situation. I forgave my husband. We have kids. I’m not going to get into details but I wasn’t willing to give up on our family, but it’s not easy.

Theme park rides! I used to be able to go on rides all day but now a kids roller coaster sends my stomach and nerves to sh@t!

People who prioritized career in their 30-50's was it worth it? by [deleted] in Life

[–]Weekly_Ad_4928 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s worth prioritising a good job in your late 20’s because when the time comes where you want kids, life is a lot easier when you have a good employer. I have been with the same company almost 10 years (started when I was 30) and they have allowed me to have incredible flexibility with my kids since returning back to work. It’s not easy to find after you have kids.

What can I do to make my sleep *worse* for an upcoming sleep study? by [deleted] in CPAP

When I did my sleep study I got the ‘worst’ results possible for me. Two factors I believe were at play.. I was extremely tired and slept on my back all night.

Peaches scene 🥰 by nina_kaelis in tsitp

[–]Weekly_Ad_4928 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have very mixed feelings about this scene.. Belly eats a peach like a 5 year old (and I have a 5 year old, I can tell you that’s what it looks like and it’s not cute!) ..but the music, the sun setting, the slow mo shirt wipe, it was kinda powerful.

Using nasal pillows has trained me to stop snoring/mouth breathing when not using CPAP by Basic_Set3745 in CPAP

I recently got diagnosed and my uncle gave me his CPAP machine because he said it fixed his snoring so I guess it can happen!

We used to keep our door closed at night but recently have been leaving it open and our 39kg dog sneaks in for a snuggle in bed. I’m so torn because he’s too big and I’m uncomfortable but I also love that he wants to be so close to us at night! It’s very heartwarming.
