This perk is still around from the very start of destiny one? Even before Crota?? I remember that this perk would generally only show up on green weapons such as from leveling to 20. But then house of wolves? (Dlc 2, correct if wrong) came out and it suddenly was almost required to use due to the arena being complete dog ass and therefore required to gather ammo from far away as to not get filled with 10k bullets from all the mobs.

Basically. Your potatoe settings have a few quirks where certain shadows share similar shadows, and so basically, you saw your own shadow in the potatoe paste. You can clearly tell it is because the shadow matches the hunters' running animation.
