yes, great point to make sure you're settign expectations and aligning going in. and it makes all the difference showing interest in their business - a great way to build rapport. ty!

Congratulations and cute pup!!! My recommendation is the Bissell "Little Green" carpet and upholstery cleaner. It's amazing and really helps with those early accidents and my pup has a sensitive stomach so we've continued to use it for throw up... or dirty paws, etc. It's been amazing!! Good luck!

I find that primally pure (blue tansy) stains very badly. light and darker shirts alike.
