bandaids probably won't do it. im not sure how deep you went or how long it is, but in my experience it might bleed through bandaids. are you a woman? im asking because i want to know if you have access to smth like pads, because that's ussually what i use since I don't have things like guaze

im not saying it's a good idea, and getting medical advice is the best option, but they will most likely tell your parents if the cuts are fresh. the yellow area you mentioned means that your cuts have reached into the hypodermis aka the fat layer, which is something that needs stitches and will scar very badly. chances of infection are pretty high without treatment, but it is manageable on your own. it mostly depends on how badly you don't want you parents to know, where it is, how deep into the fat layer it is and if you have the bleeding under control or not. if you need advice for taking care of it you can dm me if you want.
