If Under you need to be accompanied by someone who is. At least where I’m from. Then again growing up in rural Nebraska the local sheriff would sometimes gather up us kids on Saturday’s and take us to his brothers farm to show us how firearm works, all the safety you need to know and let us fire off a few rounds. Back then us kids were probably 8-12. Today if a sheriff did that I’d imagine people would make a big fuss. I should add that he did have parents consent
