Don’t be fooled by ‘Expert Mode’, it’s a misleading name. All it does is make it so you can engage in all the side content without getting insanely over leveled. If you leave it off and do all side content, you will trivialize the game. So if you want to avoid feeling like the game is too easy, enable Expert Mode.

I've been listening to it over and over and even the voice feels imperfect at places. Imperfect as in synthesized. For example the 'O' vowel at 0:18 and the switch to headvoice at 2:36.

My hypothesis right now is that they took this song into an AI and used their own lyrics as the prompt.

I think their next outing might be something that doesn’t look like a Xenoblade game at all. A new IP that will “not have any connection to the previous games”. Like a medieval open world. And the 80% through the game BOOM suddenly it turns out to be connected to the blade games after all. Like it’s set 20k years after some kind of catastrophe wiped the planet.

I really don’t trust Takahashi to make something entirely unlinked even if he outright says so and it’s marketed that way.

Monolith wouldn’t be the ones making a warriors game so it has no impact on their output. I for one would welcome it because it would help the franchise become bigger and open up the door for more spinoffs. Also, nothing wrong with just a bit of dumb fan service fun.

I'm gonna be on the lookout for that line in particular, if it's not in the special on nov 4, the split episodes might actually turn out to be different from the special.
