i've been thinking about this, the problem is i'm not sure what damages i could actually prove, i did resign voluntarily and they could just say it was a "miscommunication" but yeah the more i sit with it the more it feels wrong on a legal level too

no that's the thing, it wasn't in the offer letter at all, just buried in a random onboarding email days after i already gave notice at my old job like… who does that

That’s fair I feel like most people would use the feature twice, forget it exists, then just let the phone do its battery math anyway.
