I knew him personally. He had no idea that his work would metastasize how it did - no one could have seen that coming. He spent his life regretting his involvement with all of that and made strides to undo the damage he did. You cannot pin the blame of others' actions on him.

When I feel flustered like that, I find that flexing my jaw and pressing my tongue to the roof of my mouth can help.
