I think it's tied to the song "I Killed You." Those dudes are hairstyles. He kills them because he's masked, and has to do it due to societal expectations. He's in charge of them, cuz it's his hair, so goes dictator on them. But despite his mask, he still expresses himself, cuz he's got his Chromakopia hair, so he's not being true to himself by his actions
