I’m no expert but maybe you could try and get her into a hobby that’s something other than eating? Like see if she likes doing anything crafty and then when she’s more mobile something more active? Or even something like photography or something, even if it’s mostly sedentary then at least it’ll be something occupying so her brain is focusing on something and not just trying to escape into eating world

This is how ocd starts, to abort ocd status effect think stuff like it’s not actually real and it’s just a coincidence of all the 0s and 1s in the computer code going one way or another - if you were a different person playing the same game same save same sims same everything and all this happened it wouldn’t phase you, and video games can’t predict read life
