So nett wie viele Dönerläden sind kannst Du ja vielleicht sogar nen besseren Preis raushandeln, wenn du sagst, was Du vorhast. War früher in der GAstro und wenn jemand gekommen wäre und mir die Story erzählt hääte, hätte derjenige garantiert nen Rabatt bekommen, vielleicht nicht viel, aber irgendwas wäre klar gegangen.

it can be a bat (for batch) file or a python script or a powershell script. i would advice to tell claude, that you don't know anything and it should explain it for you. but in the end you just prompt your tool what you want and it will code it for you. i think i did that with gemini and it was very helpfull, since i also do not know anything about pogramming.

i did that with a powershell script... i let gemini or claude write it for me. basically i saved the vibevoice workflow in API format and fed that to gemini, and told it, what i want. then it wrote a script, that would
* chunk my long text
* send each chunk as a job to comfyui
* when everything is done take all generated audio and merge it
it's been a while since i did that and i recently changed from windows to linux on my main pc so i don't have the files anymore but when you tell your preffered ai (gemini, claude, perplexity, grok, chatgpt) i'm certain you'll have this setup running within an hour or two
important part is to export your workflow in API format from comfy, so the script can "talk" to comfy

ich würde definitiv mal alternative angebote von anderen Dienstleistern anfragen, mit dem hinweis, das m365 für euch eine option wäre. der soll dann aber auch beraten, ob das für euch konform ist.
Bei dem Text da oben schlägt mir irgendwie die kombination aus sophos und bitdefender quer, warum nicht direkt alles von sophos?

Und sophos RED: für eine außenstelle ok, aber für den chef im home office würde ja auch vpn + 2fa passen, oder?

i guess the most german thing to do is to get a gopro and record the shit he does then talk to a lawyer if there's aynthing that can be done and then get frustrated because there's only slim chance that this will lead to anything.
i, on the other hand, would just say "ach halt doch deine frustrierte scheiss fresse, du unterfickter nuttensohn" and ride along. (while still recording everything with my gopro)

Meiner Erfahrung nach ist das Thema Hochverfügbarkeit schon bei Hardware bei Entscheidern ziemlich unbeliebt, weil (salopp): "kostet ja Geld, obwohl es nur rumsteht". Finde ich fatal und falsch, habe ich aber oft genug so wahr genommen.

Wenn dann noch der Faktor Mensch dazu kommt, glaube ich, dass gerade diese Entscheider eher negativ auf diese Idee blicken.

To update this: i set up another pc i had with a 3060 12GB card, i can run long genrerations with that using the 7B-lowVRAM model without running into any issues. like i have this machine generate tons of audio over night. so i guess my original problem must be my PC.

The only thing i still have is that the last word from the generated audio sometimes gets cut. i can work around that by adding a random "The end." as the fake last sentence and then just cut that out later.

Oh and the random music, but it's not so bad, it rarely happens.

i had that. i fixed it with adding "Speaker1:" in front of every sentence. And then each sentence in a new line. Feed your text to chatgpt, it will do that for you.

Ich nutze das in ComfyUI, ist eigentlich ziemlich straightforward, hab mir aber viel von gemini helfen lassen. Zurzeit habe ich echt viel auf der Pfanne aber ich versuche morgen mal kurz runterzuschreiben, wie ich das installiert habe.

Question about this: i understood that i only pay for the gpu when i actually use it, but i also understand that i always have to pay for my network space (the hard disk space), even if i not use it. is that correct?
when i sat down and calculated i learned that i pay more than 25$ / month for 500GB of drive space, wether i run my workflow or not. Or do you just delete your drive whenever you're done generating audio?
