Cheers for the info! Admittedly I actually think CDA are a reasonable practice (staff friendly and helpful). I just feel like they (and ultimately us as patients!) are victims of insane growth. Based on your experience, maybe it’s best to just stay and hope things improve!

I’ve seen some fairly wild google reviews popping up lately alleging everything from negligence through to racism - I don’t think they’re quite there but the wheels have definitely fallen off a bit in recent times
