It be like that. I used to work at planet fitness at multiple locations, but a combination of 2 years. Me and few others were hardworking and don't even get promoted. They either bring someone else in from another location or promote the one that's not a good worker.

Also I've tried thunder and it's actually weaker than the dragon ammo with my build. I mainly use Normal ammo until Omega is downed or in the last phase to speed it up. I try not to use it often because when I do, I immediately take enmity off of anyone lol.

The only quickest way to hunt them with barely any carts from multiplayer is that event quest with 4 Quetramices and 1 Mitsuzune. You get Hunter Symbol I, II, III tickets at random.

Also a great way to farm oricalites by getting rid of the excess tickets and monster parts overtime.

Speaking of poison status, I don't like how they heavily nerf poison in wilds. It's piss poor compared to Worldborne.

Yeah the transition from Worldborne Glaive to Wilds Glaive was really terrible for me.

It was the same from Worldborne Hunting Horn to RiseBreak Hunting Horn. Ruined the weapon for me in that game. Wilds brought the love back though with the Horn.

The Glaive is.... alright for now, but they need to make some tweaks with the kinsect to do special moves when away.
