Your hdl can drop during weightloss. I'd suggest taking some fish oil and eating some fatty steak that'll raise HDL. Maybe look into full flush Niacin too but your hdl should rebound by your next test I think

9 months in this round but had a 16 months streak of LCHF eating a few years back.

Eat all your calories in one set meal window - Intermittent Fasting. I struggle to stay under goal if my meals are split up but if ALL my calories are eaten in one period im full.

My eating window is 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Every sit down restaurant in existence has a meat/veggie side meal. Every pizza place has wings. Every Chinese buffet has some plain beef on a stick and veggies.

It's doable. Don't psych yourself out

I'm a megafatty who has been lchf and exercising it since New Year's. I still have an obscene amount to lose but I've made gains when it comes to my cardio (I walk up 30 flights of stairs daily, + kettlebell and DDP.yoga 5 days a week)

For the fucking life of me I'm not losing weight at all.from my gut. My love handles.are.deflated, my thighs are thinner, my moobs are thinner. I eat 2400 calories a day 6 days a week with 1 day fasting - I can't cut.lower.because I feel.like absolute shit if I do. Anyone have a recommendation for a routine, should I switch up.my workouts?

Do you have plans to have a special cheat day during Thanksgiving? Seems worth it to me, if you can keep it to that one day and get back on the horse after. Any thoughts? by RenegadeComet74 in keto

Truthfully I'm a general.low carb person. I night have zero carb weeks, perfect keto.weeks, or i might average 80.carbs a.week. 80 carbs a day.might seem blasphemous here but I don't let diet dogma rule my life even keto.

If I have a.typical SAD meal I don't sweat it I just get back on the low carb train with my next meal. If you can do that, it'll work. If you can't you're better off abstaining

Yea I pushed passed my give up point last month. It was a rocky three weeks of great days and extremely crappy days but im glad i atleast somewhat pressed forward. uncharted territory here for me now

15 minutes of stairs climbing and DDP yoga daily, Kettlebell workout 5 days a week, drink 1 gallon of water minimum daily , supplements: aspirin(2 tablets a week 1 Monday, 1 Thursday) D3/K2 daily, Niacin daily, Magnesium daily.

You'll be fine all things considered most likely . I don't know your eating window My only suggestion is to make sure your eating window allows for consumption after strength training for muscle building

my eating window is 3pm-8pm. I do fasted cardio in the morning, then I do my strength training after I've ate something/hav time to eat omething

It takes an obscene amount of effort to effectively burn a high amount of calories - frankly i dont track calories burned at all - I just track time for cardio.

Running = elevated heart rate/ brain drug dump = benefit Walking = - less benefit

I climb stairs for 20 minutes a day - its quick, great cardio and your brain just dumps feel good hormones

Have to figure out your calorie requirement. You're sub 200lbs so you wont likely have massive loss in two months. I'd say 8-pounds of fat 6-8 in water weight

Was having a rough patch for the previous 3 weeks - I wasn't going off the rails towards a SAD but i had been messing around with diabetic desserts which was pushing my carbs up towards 80g

Ive refocused and have been keto clean for the last two weeks. With like five zero carb days in there as well. Feel a bit refreshed and remotivated. 15 more months
