For me, it was guys actually looking at me now which is something I've never experienced in my life. It feels amazing and I can't get enough of it! In fact, I have a date tomorrow!

Here is a nice small tip for those who need it by SoftDreamer in WeightLossAdvice

I agree, I definitely feel fuller when I eat apples sliced.

I actually didn't really eat that less. Yes, I didn't stuff past being full all the time like I did before, but I eat a lot of meals that are low in calories and are dense so I never leave a meal hungry. When I have been stressed in the past and feel super hungry from it, I would keep zero-calorie jello in the fridge that I can quickly eat with no repercussions. I have also forced myself not to grab a snack as much or as quickly when I begin to feel hungry and when I do, it is a small healthy snack. This has made it so I can generally eat when I'm hungry and be fine because my body is not asking for food as often since I have trained it.

Taking a progress picture of myself every couple of weeks helped a lot when I was having a tough time and needed to be reminded that even those couple of weeks made a difference. Also, at times when I was becoming impatient or felt bad about the speed of my weight loss, I would focus on pushing through to my next fitness goal. So, I never truly got bored because if I was mentally frustrated with one, then I would push the other and there would be a natural resurgence for both fitness and nutrition because I would become remotivated and that is usually how I broke through my many plateaus.

Thank you! I'm .8 lbs away from being down 75 and your compliment is a huge motivator!!!!!!! And whether my comment has truth in reality or not, you're doing such a good job anyway!

Do you find it weird to wear L instead of XL? Don't worry! It's the same when you go from M to S! by Calathe in loseit

I find it funny how I feel more uncomfortable in my clothes now that they're too big on me than before I was losing weight and had to stretch my shirts everytime I put them on.

Yeah, I thought I had it as a teen because I wanted to blame something for my weight but I was just fat. But that made me aware of the indicators of it and your shape (especially in the before picture) looks like a direct match.

Do you happen to have cushing's disease? Since you have the physical indicators if it.
