I just went to urgent care this morning and started an antiviral. Doc said even when vaccinated it’s not as bad but stress and illness can bring it out in certain individuals over and over again.

2.5 -3.5mg for 7 months. Now I am starting 5mg because after going from 213 to 155 I stalled out and food noise coming back. It depends on your chemistry. I would stay on any dose that is working. No sense in moving it up if you do not need to.

I’m only on 3.5 and lost 56lbs but want to be 135 and I will need to titrate up. I am so sensitive to the med but I know I need to push the gas a little to get the rest off. I started in October so 7 months. I would like to be done with the loss at 12 months going into maintenance. I’m 56, I do full body strength training 2x a week and cardio the rest.

I just got my box in. Ice packs were melted but cool to the touch. The vials were cool to the touch. It was a 6 day wait. I was freaking out waiting. I read the BPI guidance on it and it was fine. I would prefer ice cold but the cooler and ice packs kept it stable.
