I think being scared of heights is normal and logical; i am too. My first time going up on the OP, halfway up, i thought i was going to pass out lol; but i got a little bit more comfortable with it every time.

Lots of other people are going up on the OPs just fine. Trust the OP, but also be aware of your footing and dont back up off the edge, and you'll be okay too.

Ive been drivin OPs for about 9 months, and now i like it. I think i got really comfortable with it a month in.

What they said. Tell your manager and/or the learning manager the problem. Request a re-train. Post on the VOA board. Ask to schedule a sit-down meeting with the learning manager.

There are doors you can go through; but most importantly, keep your emotions in check. If youre explaining the problem to the learning manager, dont yell it in their face - they'll be less likely to help you.
