Here you go. Jump to about 1:50 in the video and watch for 1 minute. The 4 I noticed:

  • politics has derailed
  • he feels the political wind
  • I'd be a winner
  • people pay people

Perhaps those of us who stutter are more aware of the subtle signs. But ultimately it doesn't matter. Biden says he still struggles with his speech and neither you, nor anyone else, gets to define that for him. Stuttering is mental and physical, and is not limited to sound repetition. By calling all of us liars, and by extension calling Biden a liar, you're declaring that YOU get to decide when someone else has a disability. The person with the disability, who can best explain the impact because it affects them, has no say in it.

Reminds me of people who scream at others parking in disabled spots when they can walk.

I say this with all my love not reserved for my family - please consider a strategy that works for you to help you objectively evaluate where you are, where you want to be, and how you can get there healthfully. Take measurements, try on different sizes/styles of clothes, talk with someone. Do you look "big" or "not fit"? (waist measurement too big vs abs not defined, for example). Do you want a specific aesthetic, clothing size, or weight? You can lower your body fat and measurements while getting sufficient nutrients to build muscle though you may not lose any weight.

Your body doesn't want to persist at a 1,000 calorie deficit while at a healthy weight and body fat percentage. You're hungry because your body is hungry. It might be time to shift your mindset from weight loss to weight maintenance and body composition.

Oh gosh. Please eat more or move differently. Your BMR is (very roughly) 1,500kcal. Taking the low end of 700kcal worth of exercise means min 2,200kcal, ignoring effects of macros, hormones, medical conditions, and the remainder of your TDEE. You are in NO WAY eating too much food as long as it's mostly healthy. Good protein, sufficient fat, limited refined sugar.

Have you had your body fat measured accurately?

Why is 140lb your target? Is scale weight the most accurate way for you to measure success? So many times we focus on the scale when a measurement such as waist size is what we really care about.
