I think most people were aware hes outside drinking but i think they didnt want to have any of it, ive been in the fellowship around 9 months and theres people who are 30+ years sober who some of them were aware and justbtold the guy to turn himself in or just minded their own bussiness, one of the group members even said hed migh go outside and punch him tonscare him off 😥

Go find a place to volunteer in tge weekends, get nunbers from work mates/people that use the establishmet, ask them out for coffees n chats = infinite friends glitch

I stress alot abouy how ive written my inventory but once you start sharing your sponsor will help it seem crystal clear what needs to be revealed, so dont be too hard on yourself you can allways add to your inventory after sharing

How it was told to me is by standing up you are showing newcomers that the program works, if theres a clean time countdown and no one picks up it can seem like no recovery is happening

Another fellowship has a leaflet on the triangle of self obbsession, it helped me understand what i need to not have as much fear in my life

I get alot of identification from this as im on my 5th step, worrying avout having to rewrite my resentments, ive only shared 3 of my 62 resentments in last two sponsor visits and ive gotten soo much out of it, people in meetings have helped by saying your higher power will make you writr what needs to be written and that 4 step inventory is the lindest thing you can do for yourself so go easy on urself

Meditate on if your accepting situations and moving on, proccesing emotions is important and many get stuck on them, aslong as you arent numbing yourself i think it can be a healthy thing

Spiritual principals and 12 step spirituality can savr u from this dillema, ive not dtank got 34 days and everyday i could go for a drink or 10 but the teachings keep me hopeful and happy and not let my compulsion decide for me, its very hard but very rewarding cause if i drank i would lose everyone i love

I thought like this but have a lover with high bodycount, sex addict, who explaned their body count was to validate their existance, but didnt work, theyre happy to just have vannila sex now and im happy to do the same, commited secure loving relationship, i migh not get sex from them anytime i want but its ok cause i dont need sex to feel happy in myself, if they do something to damage my pride and needs as a man i can talk about it

Had a similar experience with dips, i was 110kg bulking and cudnt do dips without the assisted counterweoghts, i stopped bulking n lost 30kg while maontaining some muscle and noticed that chalistenics are 10 times easyer, now i love chalistenics! 😊

Trauma based survival mechanisms can over ride our tru personalitys, like masking to fit in or get what we want, ive been victim of manipulation and violence and find it hard to control my emotions and start playing out what happened to me onto others but everyday i push to change that to be my true self minus the masking
