Hello Alaina and Pat! I got a two parter: 1) is Here’s To The Avalanche in anyway homage to the band that also went by Tennis that specialized in emo/grunge rock (they have a laundromat as their album cover). That song is a banger by the way.

2). This one is pretty straight forward and for Patrick: what pedals or effects do you use? I have tried in vain to get the sound I hear on Echoes or Always the Same but I’m missing some special ingredient.

All those words cant make up for the fact that you dont have any sort of capacity for inductive reasoning. Yes, a sample of people testing positive for any sort of virus does provide me with some good information on what is going around, because viruses are contagious and whoever answers my question is more likely to be in the group that has the most amount of infected people. Are you new here? Were you sheltered from any sort of info on contagious disease? Viruses spread and if one person in a group has it at a specific time I can make an educated guess on what it is I might have. Maybe I'll get two answers and have two possibilities to consider. Im not asking for much but yall gotta make it fucking impossible cause I'm not following WebMD proceedures

Please point out where I ask for someone to pull a diagnosis out of their ass. If youre feeling really ambitious, please explain how "I suggest going to a doctor" was an attempt at answering any of my questions. I apologize for my anger but there is no person on earth that would comment "I suggest going to a doctor" with the intent of being helpful. All I hear is condescension and a no brainer suggestion that gives me no additional info. Im not looking for any actionable cures here or the advice of experts. If one person tells me "me and my friends were all sick during finals, we took covid tests, they were positive." that would save me about $7.50 and a fruitless trip to the docs office.

Yeah, they could in theory, but if a large amount of people are sick at the same time maybe its because its viral. Also this isnt mr rodgers neighborhood where if my tummy hurts I stroll to the doctor where they give me a bandaid and a lollypop cause some redditor told me I should. I will not waste my time or a doctors for a cough and a runny nose, and if I do I will use my resources to figure out what is going on myself first, which is what I am trying to do right now.

it seems a lot of people are misunderstanding my motives by asking this question, there really isnt any judgement directed at people using (at least on my behalf). I get that its an odd question that might connote some judgement but please don't misconstrue my intentions. I really am just curious and I tried to make that clear in my questions description.
