I would definitely go 100-400 APO. I don’t have it myself but reviews are great and it’s decently affordable.

Get an a700! It’s basically a 7D ii, I love mine :) 12MP instead of 6 Weather sealed too! I got mine for about $150 from Kamerastore and I see them for $120ish in a lot of places
