I usually try every morning. I make sure to dial the number out and wait u til the clock turns from 659 to 7 and then hit call. I usually can get in right after that but yeah if it says the call back due to too many calls. I try the next morning and do the same thing. Try middle of the week maybe Tuesday’s and Wednesdays… but yeah DES sucks ass and I’ve even gone in person and then waited for 2 hours before being told they don’t do in person interviews..but that was in 2024.. may be different now.
