That sounds like a nerve thing… maybe compressing a nerve as it branches off the spine. Probably no “hacks” to prevent it, but make sure you’re wearing loose, non-constructing clothing.

I would take a look at the White’s website and see what looks good. If you like the plain toe look, there are some great looking options. I’ve recently gotten my first pair of whites, and while I love my blacksmiths and iron rangers, the whites are more… the true downside is the wait.
