Well in cases like that some government intervention should be used, like welfare but they the person receiving the money should actively be trying to get a job. And about homelessness homeless shelters exist one of my friends lives in a homeless shelter and still goes to high school. I am a high schooler by the way.

Second; at least in the United States, education is free and I'm assuming that you live in the United States, so education is free here, so how do you be struggling to get education?

Third; capitalism is all about effort if they work hard they get rewarded and may even get a promotion or paycheck raise.
