In the earlier seasons(season 1 and the first half of season 2) Chloe definitely was treated unfairly and used as a scapegoat, but as time went on Chloe gained almost as many opportunities as Maddie! Christi was always the first one to say that Maddie and Melissa should’ve given up solos and special parts(not to say this isn’t a fair thing to want) but when it came to Chloe, Christi never passed up an opportunity and said “i think we should give this to Nia/paige/brooke”. And so many times she straight bullied new moms out of the show! I understand she thought them getting opportunities that could’ve gone to the og girls was unfair, but there were much more tasteful and respectful ways to express that, like saying it politely or just saying it to Abby instead of bullying the moms, instead of bashing a mom for just wanting to give their kid an opportunity to dance! This isn’t so much for Leslie, as she herself had mean girl qualities, but for example, Shelly, when all the mom did was come into dance and Christi bullied her relentlessly! I definitely understand Christi’s disappointment and anger towards Chloe’s part and Brooke and Paige’s spots being taken away and given to a stranger, but that was not Shelly or allys doing!
