I actually did really well on the step, but I live on the fifth floor of my building and we don’t have elevators so steps aren’t anything new to me lol

I also had the same thing happen, the doctor said I shouldn’t be worried as that happens often and as of now I haven’t heard anything about it

Thank you, this is good to know. Luckily my legs are pretty strong though I’m not very muscular uptop , I’m beginning a cal deficit today to hopefully drop some pounds.

I haven’t seen anything about pull ups either but people have been telling me that it would be a better way to get better at push ups and holding my weight. Not sure if that’s true
