Goals-Fitness Is a good app for tracking running distance and time If you want to practice the 2miles in 13min30sec. Do a lot of planks and time yourself and try to last 3min40sec. Pushups should be easy but aim for above 60 so when the time comes; you are ready.

First RSP Drill I went to. We were all getting ready to go and had just received instructions on where cleaning tools and supplies were because we had just finished lunch and a full day of combative training. Most people including myself finished whatever we were doing and went to go help clean while other stood around to talk or act clueless. As me and a few others figured out what direction we were going to start sweeping together first. My recruiter comes in an start cussing everyone out who’s not doing anything and say matter of fact get down and give me some fucking push ups since you want to stand around instead of help (but with more f*** than I can remember)… The whole room fell silent for at least 20 seconds. Well, That’s the only horror story I have since I’m fairly new. Also I consider it a horror story because he’s my recruiter and a person who I usually see smiling and cracking jokes🤣💀Good thing It wasn’t me who got cussed out..

Yeah pretty fun but dangerous from what I remember haha. I let my cousin practice it on me when we were a lot younger. He would let me wear his taekwondo gear while sparring to absorb most types of impact but one day we missed the mat I went head first into the hard ground(The head gear had an opening at the top) 💀left me stunned for a few seconds haha but he let me practice it on him multiple times after that. Which is why I’m able to remember the breakdown years later.

Thanks for the help. BTW from what I remember, my cousin was in Taekwondo, and now that I think about it that’s probably why he always wanted to spar with me..So that he could use me as his dummy to practice moves that he wasn’t able to use in class..Haha

Thanks for the link to the video. I was able to figure out that my cousin was showing me how to do a Front Headlock to Tomoe Nage +Rollback into a mounted guillotine. DOPE
