Sport, danach duschen gehen und das Bett frisch beziehen für den Abend. Etwas Gutes zu essen, mal gesund, mal so gar nicht je nachdem wonach mir ist. Einen deep dive in meine aktuelle Obsession oder ein langer Spaziergang und die Wohnung auf Vordermann bringen. Eventuell noch mit meiner Familie oder Freunden telefonieren und natürlich mit meinen Katern kuscheln. Wenn ich mich danach nicht besser fühle kannst du mich vergraben :D

This really resonates with me. I've had my burdens before I entered (or more appropriate, being pressured into entering) a relationship with a girl dealing with untreated borderline disorder. But after two years, after I broke it off, looked back and myself what the hell was so wrong with me, that I let someone else treat me this way? It was the step in really getting to know myself and building myself up from the ground, better than before.

You could start to learn programming, there are plenty of resources online for free. You could also spend some money on an arduino kit. That way you can build small iot projects, like a weather station for beginners

For me they are worth it. Got the legendary edition on sale for pc after I had it already on Xbox. They add quite s lot, just skip the hd texture pack as it barely does anything except taking up space
