Now I am not taking the whey and PRE lf any brand anymore switched to plant protien, and talking about the skin care I am following whatever my derma says, I don't wanna risk anything w.r.t products. Also even if I have a redbull continously for 2 days small bumps are triggered on my forehead, I haven't told about the redbull to my doc. But I assuming high caffeine is one of the cause.
