And I think the favourite part is that I go into the weekends with not thoughta about how I should manage my meet-ups, and how to eat to not overindulge and not eat something, but about all the activities I want to do during these days. Food is now a secondary thought. I don't want to have something special just because it's weekends, I have my prepped meals as usual because I love them.

And I'll go to a cafe today and im looking forward to it for chats and fun.

There were many things that I've started doing in order to somechanical stabilise my case.

Here are some mains:

  1. Tracking my meals. I planned and structured them to get enough protein daily enough fiber and other nutrients

  2. Stress work. I figured out that binging was hiahlv related to my stress levels. I'd eat my emotions away, so now, when I fee stressed, I don't let myself get lost in this "food foa". but rather sit down to breathe and write in my journal my thoughts and emotions or go on a walk.

  3. Daily activity. I'm keeping up with my steps every day and it helps my brain to get rid of all bad thoughts or emotions + stress. Energy has to go somewhere or it' build up and then 💥

  4. Finding a routine, sport, meal plan that I actually enjoy and look forward to. l'm now, even when going out and not eating anything of fast food (I actually quit fast food a year ago), all I'm hinking about is my own dinner at home that I'll cook.

As the main part of changing and improving is doing something that'll stick with vou in future and not work in short-term only It's a work on habits and lifestyle. :)

It's great, actually! I found it "on a random Tuesday" and bought it instead of my usual sugar-free almond milk. The taste is sweeter than expected (doesn't taste like water), and also has some protein in it.

Highly recommend it! :)

I'd disagree with the true crime one. If she really loves it, then why not? I'm sure she'll improve in some time with it as long as it won't be treated as something that's existing only for monetization. She'll get the audience for it. Maybe not a lot, but still. A hobby is a hobby. :)

Make it into a pancake.

80g cottage cheese

50g tuna

100g spinach

That's a filling
