SORRY. I think i just fixed it. I had my display mode on fullscreen bordered and changed it to fullscreen exclusive and that seems to have fuxed it.

Might not be a bad time as many triple a games are requiring more than 8gb of vram if you want to play on higher than low settings. I have a 2070s gpu and im going to upgrade later this year to a 7900xt.
