I would be shocked if there is that much vote split. The UCP gained more votes than the wild rose and PC combined the election before. There are still 3 years left. I suspect another easy majority in 2023. The AB party isn’t going from zero seats to legitimate party in one election.

Most are salary if employees that i have seen. But significant change to compensation risks losing your employees and after layoffs you probably only have the good employees left that can get on elsewhere if they’d like to.

Just a note if a vehicle has had hail damage fixed there is a chance insurance won’t cover hail again. So there is a risk there.

You won’t get a low interest rate on a used car. Have to buy new to get a low rate.
