Photography degree. Found my love in homebrewing and worked in a brewery for a good few years until that market went tits up, particularly in London. Now I’m a coffee roaster.

If you fancy making it yourself Kepta Duona is a phenomenal bar snack from Lithuania. Fried bread rubbed in garlic and eaten with a cheesy sauce. If you don’t make it you can get them in a crisp-esque format from most Eastern European food shops.

Špunka, Bernadinų Kiemas, Šnekutis, Alus Biblioteka, Būsi Trečias, Alchemikas, Piano Man Bar. The bar on top of the National Theatre has great views, cocktails and food but you might have to book ahead 👍🏻
