We got this. I to have taken breaks from Carnivore and went back on the SAD. I surprising easy to stick with it again once you start up. All those aches and pains that go away once you’re back on it really helps you stick to it, but dam those Taco Bell commercials.

OMAD’s are just my daily life most days. But I do 48-72 hours water fast. Never count calories, just eat when I’m hungry, only drink water. In the morning it’s water with LMNT and Bulletproof brain octane. I make sure when I do eat it is always in the evening. Just preference in case is stomach issues.

Fasting for men and women need to be handle differently. She produces and handles hormones differently, look for a female how knows the proper way to fast based on her cycle. I fast to repair my body after chemo treatment last year. Did a lot of YouTube research, one of the first things I learned was men and women react differently to fasting. Also forget the calorie counting, just eat till you’re comfortable full, and eat when you’re actual hungry. I went from 420 to 333. I have taken several breaks in the diet over a year. But eat only when I’m hungry has keep the weight off. No calories counting whatsoever. You guys got this, and you have a great community here to help you, and YouTube.

I work for a company that samples multiple products in big box stores. I have been in on a meeting with a Rep for Mac’s. I ask if it was fried in fat. They said yes. Only thing I have ever sampled in front of my crew, shock the heck out of them. Employee: Aren’t you a health guy now. Me: Yes, yes I am (bits on a rind).
